Location-Remote/Jackson,MI 49201 (Initially Remote until Covid-19 situation becomes normal )
Duration-12 Months contract,Possibility of extension

Duties

Manage workload in an SAP notification queue, Tableau, or similar database
Create SAP costs for Make Ready work and final permit billing
Follow up on payment of past due invoices with clients
Track projects in spreadsheets and/or databases
Create notifications for safety clearance inspections
Provides backup department support
Maintains confidentiality
Provide Pole Attachment Agreement support and oversight
Work cross-functionally with various departments, such as Design, Scheduling, Permit Support, and Legal
Performs technical support functions and more complex tasks including and organizing and conducting assignments according to deadlines
Prepares reports, and tech support material as directed
Performs procedures for tech support functions and actions including records, tracking of information, maintaining logs/spreadsheet, and other similar technical support
Under general direction, prepares special or one-time reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant information from a variety of sources such as reports, documents, correspondence, other areas of the Company, etc.
Ensures that requests for action or information are relayed to appropriate staff members; ensures that information is furnished in a timely manner; decides whether a higher authority should be notified of important or emergency matters.
Follows all safety rules and procedures and contributes to the safety of co-workers and the general public.
Operate a computer terminal and utilize necessary software applications
Willing and able to follow instruction, assist in training of co-workers, and cooperate with other employees and customers.
Performs responsibilities in a manner that clearly shows effective communication and cooperation and that promotes open exchange of information, respect, high ethical standards and professionalism.
Maintains work areas in a clean and orderly manner.

Skills

A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experiene working in SAP.
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage and organize multiple projects at once, develop innovative solutions to problems, make independent decisions and meet deadlines
Ability to work as an independent contributor with minimal supervision at the assigned physical work location
Strong process flow abilities and computer skills, able to navigate within multiple web based and cloud-based applications while following regulatory process flow
Ability to work with contracts, agreements and maintain their execution
Communication & multitasking skills - ability to work in corporate setting, great people skills, email conscious
Ability to interact with internal and external clients to receive information and data.
Knowledge to gain experience in department practices and procedures.
Ability to solve a range of basic problems with minimal supervision.

Education

A High School Diploma required

Associates preferred or at least 2 years of applicable experience and a High School diploma or equivalent
