finance team that partners with corporate and global business
organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and
executing sound business models and practices. The Finance
organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams.
The operations finance team influences business decisions by
gathering the best available operations information, distilling it
and making recommendations to our management team on the best
course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of
services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax,
industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting
and merger and acquisition support.KLA Corporation is seeking a
Senior Tax Analyst who will be a significant part of the
technology-minded and efficiency-focused accounting for income
taxes team. This person will be part of a team responsible for
calculating the quarterly income tax provision and specifically
work with items related to U.S. taxation of international income.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who can communicate
effectively across various functional areas and has excellent
hands-on problem-solving, and analytical
- Work with other members in and outside the Tax team to gather
information necessary to calculate U.S. taxable income resulting
from foreign operations for quarterly financial statements.
- Calculate GILTI, FDII, Subpart F Income, and other U.S. taxable
- Calculate U.S. foreign tax credit.
- Analyze period to period changes of taxable items and identify
causes of the changes.
- Work with income tax compliance group to assist in preparation
of foreign related U.S. tax forms.
- Assist with U.S. federal, state and local income tax
- Assist with U.S. federal, state, and local income tax audits as
- Implement strategic U.S. federal, state, and local tax
- Assist with special projects as needed.Requirements:
- B.S. degree required, Master's in Business Taxation, and/or CPA
- Minimum of 3 years of combined Big 4 and/or industry experience
required with focus on U.S. taxation of international income.
- Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of tax code, compliance and procedures for
