supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with
corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise
and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and
practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and
corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences
business decisions by gathering the best available operations
information, distilling it and making recommendations to our
management team on the best course of action. The corporate team
provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning,
corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking,
internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition
SAP Business Process Analyst - Sales Systems works with business
users/ process owners to analyze, identify, record and optimize
business processes in all sales systems. Recommends new ideas
and/or efficiency opportunities. Provides support for
troubleshooting user issues and bugs for existing processes as well
as delivering business requirements to IT for new enhancements and
application projects.. Works in conjunction with IT and other
functional tracks to coordinate and drive sales systems
deliverables for single enhancements and cross functional projects,
independently and in a team environment. In addition, the systems
analyst will be responsible for coordinating and /or performing
user acceptance testing of new enhancements/configuration (SAP SD,
Sharepoint and CRM) to identify gaps before final implementation.
Creates end user training to support successful implementation and
adoption of enhancements and projects they are responsible for.
Works with the line-of-business to determine requirements and write
business requirements specifications in an appropriate level of
detail to support IT determination of functional specifications.
Strong experience needed in leading and conducting requirements
gathering sessions with end customers and providing a business
process engineering perspective during design review for projects.
Documents all BKMs, and provides support as needed. Experience
needed in project roll-out, in preparing test plans and training
documents, conducting testing, and facilitating user acceptance.
Excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills
required - high level English language communication skill, oral
and written at peer and to senior level management. Has

- Query and quickview
- CRM WebUI and middleware
- CRM opportunity management
- CRM actions and activity management
- BI Reporting experience preferred (Webi, Lumira, Analysis for
Office, Tableau, QlikView)
- Sharepoint and SAP GTS are a plus
