Job Description:
A labor and employment law firm has a current position open for
a Telecommute Legal Billing Specialist. Individual must be able to
fulfill the following responsibilities:Prepare prebills and/or
drafts in proper formatPrepare and print finals for attorney
signatureAccess and update eBilling vendor sites for
clientsQualifications for this position include: Ability to take
full ownership of assigned dutiesExcellent written, oral, and
interpersonal communication skills5 years billing experience,
preferably with a law firmDemonstrated problem-solving
abilitiesKnowledge of the firm business process and business
operationsKnowledge of Excel and ability to create and maintain
spreadsheets
