Good career move; good people, food, and benefits. Job Description Accounting Department Position: Accountant Reports to : Accounting Department Manager & Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities 1. Work as a teammate of the Accounting Department 2. Facilitate monthly financial statements, trends, and bank reports 3. Bank reconciliation and records 4. Sales and Departmental budgets 5. Filings for business licenses, certificates, government reports, and other requirements 6. Maintain Foxed Assets Database 7. Accounts Receivables, collections, credit management 8. Executive Reports 9. Inventory counts and reports 10. Facilitation of annual financial audits 11. Backup and cross-training of Department staff Job Requirements A. Reliable, straightforward, and forthright B. Accounting degree or 3 years equivalent experience preferred C. Prior business experience D. A responsible approach to task focus, and follow through on assigned projects E. Willingness to learn and help others F. Good written and verbal communication skill G. Computer and software experience, willing to learn new systems H. An accuracy mentality, and organizational skill I.
