What Is the AD Mortgage Summer Internship Program? The AD Mortgage 2026 Summer Internship Program is a 10-week, full-time, immersive experience designed for undergraduate students who want real-world exposure to the corporate world. Interns are placed within a business group where they work side-by-side with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience and insight into what a full-time career at AD Mortgage looks like. You’ll develop practical skills, build your professional network, and experience our collaborative and supportive workplace culture. Internship Opportunity Available Underwriter Intern- Learn more about the underwriting process and risk assessment in the mortgage world! Troy, MI Program Details Duration: 10 weeks (Early June- Mid August 2026) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week Location: Onsite in Troy, MI Compensation: This role pays $15/hr Who Can Apply? We’re looking for motivated undergraduate students who meet the following criteria: Expected graduation from an accredited Bachelor’s degree program between December 2026 and December 2027 Ability to work full-time onsite during the internship period Strong interest in learning about the mortgage and/or finance industry Who We’re Looking For: Self-Starters: You take initiative, stay motivated and push through challenges.
