Insight HRM is conducting a search for Hoyden Creative Group to expand their creative team with an Account Coordinator.Account Coordinator - Remote WorkHoyden Creative is a premier brand strategy consultancy based in Adrian, Michigan working virtually and servicing throughout the USA. We will know the candidate is right when we've had the chance to spend time together, understand what makes them tick and see real work product.Learn more about Hoyden Creative Group here: https://www.hoydencreative.com/Job Summary: The Account Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of project and brand initiatives for assigned clients. As a direct point of contact, Account Coordinators work with the brand strategist to manage existing clients, answer their questions, maintain the relationship, and increase client satisfaction. It is the objective of the Account Coordinator to secure our client's confidence as a marketing professional who can support brand strategies and initiatives.Essential Account Coordinator Functions:Provides administrative follow up of all account functions including both internal and external responsibilities.May collect, research and analyze data for various initiatives. Works with all creative team members in an effort to execute the duties and requests of the Brand Strategist on behalf of their clients' objectives.Provides courteous, accurate and timely response to customer inquiries.Builds strong client relationships through regular communication.Provide reports on the status of accounts.Documents client meetings/conference calls in writing, outlining direction and agreements made.Suggests company products/services that maximize client satisfaction.Coordinates with Brand Strategist to create customized marketing plans for key clients.Manages estimates/billing with accounting department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.Manages client database and updates client account records.Researches prospective clients, market trends, and industry news.Communicates client feedback to team.Performs market and competitive research.Organizes and schedules meetings for the account management team.Assists in the creation of promotional materials such as presentations, videos, demos, etc.With keen attention to detail, proofs content and creative work for accuracy before output is released.Conducts work in a MAC environment and in a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite, Workamajig and others.Performs a variety of data entry projects.Assists in the development of brand strategies.Plans, organizes, activates and controls the day-to-day process, bringing a perspective to strategy development and the execution of creative and project plans on behalf of the client.Continually work to develop effective solutions and work toward achieving goals.Utilizes communication skills to identify and address clients' needs while representing Hoyden Creative in a positive way.Contributes to building profitable, long-term relationships with our clients to reach our business objectives.Works on strict deadlines which requires prompt attention to detail and reliable attendance.Performs other duties as assigned.Attributes:

  • Demonstrates superior proofing skills.Education/Certification/Licensing/Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.Previous brand/marketing experience preferred.Proficient in all MS Office programs in a MAC environment required; experience in project management system(s) preferred.Physical Demands and Work Environment:
