This talented individual will not only engage in and support a wide range of online and offline franchise development activities, but also oversee initiatives that drive our brands forward by expanding the number of franchisees in our networks.RESPONSIBILITY OVERVIEW:The BELFOR Franchise Group Franchise Development Coordinator will need to stay informed about relevant markets, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, while helping implement events, and advertising plans that benefit franchise growth and expansion. Day to day, he or she will create or coordinate content, manage internal and external communications, as well as support all franchise development team efforts and initiatives. *The key responsibilities for the Franchise Development Coordinator position include but are not limited to the following: Franchise Development Advertising SupportWebsite Portal ManagementPrint Advertising and other Franchise Development Ad Schedules Social Media Coordination Contribute to the Writing and Editing of content for social media, PR and other Fran Dev initiatives Assist with Improvements and Updates of Fran Dev Websites Print and Digital Brand Flyer Development Graphic Development - Design and Layoutfor Flyers, Banners, Booths, etc. Work with the VP of Franchise Development to Manage these Franchise Development TasksFranchise Development Conventions Trade ShowsCoordinate Logistics for Franchise Sales Conferences, Shows Expos (sign-ups, shipping, printing)Maintain a Calendar for all Conferences, Shows Expos across all brandsUpdate Trade Show Materials (booths, banners) in collaboration with the Marketing Department and coordinate the ordering new materials as neededConsultant CommunicationsUpdate Consultant SitesKeeping Contact Information CurrentEmail Blasts, Mailings, etc.Deal AnnouncementsDigital CommunicationsAdditional Miscellaneous Tasks as neededSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:The ideal candidate will be driven, curious, self-motivated, analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong writer/communicator who is highly efficient/productive and takes initiative. The candidate will also be excited about increasing brand awareness, motivated by the opportunity to assist in the numerical growth of the Brands and to help entrepreneurs realize their dream of business ownership. Other key competencies include: Three years of experience with Adobe Create Suite (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications, or equivalent experience Past work experience as an assistant, advertising coordinator or graphic design role Basic knowledge of Microsoft and Google products including, but not limited to Microsoft Office and SharePoint, and G-Suite products Some Digital Marketing experience required Strong internet knowledge/skills, including social media Commitment to ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and in a manner that meet or exceed expectations Ability to establish and meet deadlines and to quickly develop clear priorities a resourceful, creative problem-solver Possess strong work ethic, strategic thinking strong executional skills Excellent Customer Service Skills and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills, able to work and communicate clearly with fellow employees, third-party providers, franchisees, and partners Organizational and Time Management Skills to manage multiple tasks, often across multiple projects, at onceENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS: Fast-paced office environment where temperature, ventilation and lighting are controlled Moderate noise level In-office work environment Regular use of computer and other office equipment Communication with Franchise Development Team, Marketing Team and FranchiseesDISCLAIMER:*The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed.
