Located in Southfield, MI, SK Dental Lab is looking for a Dental CAD/CAM Department Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for managing the entire workflow of the CAD/CAM department, overseeing the entirety of the process from receiving prescriptions to QC for final products. We currently use the full Sirona system (Sirona Connect and inLab) for our CAD/CAM Department, and need an individual that can step right into the role without needing training with Sirona. The Department Manager will also be responsible for training new employees and providing in-service training for current employees to ensure optimal efficiency within the CAD/CAM department, as well as playing an instrumental role in providing continuing education seminars to doctors on the use of CAD/CAM dental technology. This position will provide the opportunity to serve in a leadership capacity while still actively utilizing your skills as a dental lab technician. Requirements 5+ years of experience as dental technician 2+ years of experience with CAD/CAM for dentistry 2+ years of experience with dental lab supervisory experience Experience with 3Shape, Dental Wing, or other comparable software Experience training junior technicians Experience with Sirona Implant experience is a huge plus
