We are looking for someone with strong problem solving skills and proven--experience in building operations. The Facilities Engineer is responsible for:

• The design, operation and maintenance of all control systems for multiple sites.
• Installation, building and maintenance of laboratory and mechanical equipment.
• Generate instructions for planned, preventive and predictive maintenance. Job Requirements Requirements for the Facilities Engineer job include:
  • Associates Degree in controls, electrical or HVAC
  • At least 5 years of building operations experience within a laboratory setting
  • Understanding of BMS (Building Management System)
  • Thoroughly versed in building practices, codes and regulations, including OSHA and MIOSHA--regulations
