What You'll Do Provide expert maintenance and repair services for food service equipment, refrigeration systems, and HVAC systems. Diagnose and resolve issues quickly, often in active kitchen environments with time constraints. Service hot-side equipment (ovens, fryers, steamers, grills) and cold-side refrigeration units (walk-in coolers, reach-in coolers, freezers). Accurately complete required documentation and communicate effectively with clients. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area—even in challenging conditions. Operate power tools, hand tools, and lifts as needed. Mentor apprentices and share best practices. Other duties as assigned. Web-based digital work order system. What We're Looking For Specialized experience with commercial food service equipment (hot-side and cold-side) and refrigeration systems. Solid understanding of standard, light-commercial HVAC systems—RTUs, furnaces, AC units, make-up air equipment, water heaters, exhaust fans, etc. Minimum 5 years of field experience in service and repair. Ability to work in active kitchen environments—comfortable with grease, heat, and tight spaces. Strong troubleshooting skills and a self-motivated, detail-oriented approach. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and specifications. Safety-conscious with a clean driving record. Exceptional work ethic and reliability. Desire to be part of a lean, high-performance, fast-paced team.
