Job Description:
The High Voltage Energy Management Controls Technical Specialist
will lead the development of supervisory energy management
algorithms and strategies for the next generation of Stellantis
electrified propulsion systems. The ideal candidate has a strong
knowledge of electrified propulsion energy efficiency and a broad
understanding of high voltage batteries, electric machines, and
powertrain thermal management concepts. The responsibilities of the
role include but are not limited to: Lead the definition and design
of high voltage energy management controls concepts and functions
Champion identifying and executing best practices in control design
Lead verification of control algorithms against functional
requirements employing methods of model-in-the -loop,
hardware-in-the-loop, subsystem test, and vehicle test Lead
definition and simulation of energy management use cases and
simulation activities Interface with various stakeholders across
the high voltage energy management functional domain and contribute
to the definition of functional objectives and requirements Our
