The vision of KLA s global human resources organization is to

operating objectives through strategic talent management. Our
mission is to enable the business, and leverage human resources to
achieve short and long-term business objectives. Our primary areas
of strategic focus include talent acquisition, individual and
organizational assessment and development, performance management,

The global HR organization includes HR business partners, learning
and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits,
employee communications, and HR system operations.

seeking a Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Program Manager to help
take the D&I function to the next level by implementing and
measuring ongoing strategic initiatives. Located in Ann Arbor,
Michigan, where KLA is building a new R&D office, this role
will help infuse D&I into that location, right from the
beginning, while also developing and managing initiatives
The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about D&I, has strong
program management skills, proven ability to understand and
interpret employee data, and is able to collaborate with a wide
variety of employees, departments, leadership teams and third
parties as needed. This role reports directly to the Director of
Global D&I and will collaborate with business leaders, HR,
Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Communications to implement programs
such as Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), heritage month
celebrations, trainings, communications, and the Affirmative Action
Plan (AAP). This is an opportunity for the right candidate to
collaborate on a significant initiative for KLA, while making a
Program Manager Responsibilities include:
* Manage ERGs globally, building opportunities to engage employees
in helping to achieve KLA's D&I goals through cross-functional
* Partner with Communications and Marketing teams to drive content
internally and externally on messaging, initiatives, events and
* Work with KLA's Talent Acquisition team to implement strategies
to source and attract talent from underrepresented groups and
facilitate an inclusive candidate experience.
* Prepare affirmative action plans, compliance requests and or
regulatory reports, by coordinating with appropriate team members
and a third-party vendor, and ensuring complete, accurate transfer
* Facilitate trainings and discussions on topics such as
unconscious bias and inclusive practices.
* Measure programmatic progress.
* Identify and act as key liaison with internal and external
diversity partners, organizations and events aligned with KLA's
* Expertise and passion for D&I, with 3-5 years experience
managing corporate D&I, or related experience.
* Experience in AAP compliance.
* Strong communication skills, able to develop creative content and
conduct compelling presentations.
* Business-acumen with the ability to work cross-functionally and
influence key partners, at all levels, through persuasion,
negotiation, and consensus building.
* Careful attention to detail, particularly around data.
* Experience applying academic and/or research-based
* Ability to travel to remote US and global sites, as needed. The
position may involve domestic and international travel, up to
Bachelor s or a Master s degree in business or related field or
