More About the Role In this opportunity as Account Manager-Content you will:Be responsible for sales and revenue goals by establishing strong long-term customer relationships and cultivating new business opportunities by diagnosing needs, presenting solutions, and addressing customer needs.Partner with clients to provide the most trusted information providing unparalleled expert research, critical news, guidance, online learning and productivity tools through the industry leading Checkpoint Edge platform.Develop a territory management plan that incorporates key revenue growth via new sales and revenue retentionEffectively demonstrate and position key products and solutions in the first 60 days of hire, and new products within 15 days of launchEducate customers on the benefits of Thomson Reuters tax solutions and differentiators in the marketActively use Salesforce to track and manage activity to include forecasting, customer meetings, and trainingsConduct a minimum of 15 customer meetings virtually per week, create 10 new opportunities per week, as well as prospect 100+ calls per weekDemonstrate strong negotiation skills by effectively exploring alternatives and positions to reach outcomes that gain the support and acceptance of all partiesCoordinate training efforts to deeply penetrate accounts and obtain customer feedbackKeep up-to-date on competitive activities in accounts and communicate information to Sales Manager Note: This is an inside sales hybrid role ( * mix of working 2 days 'in-office' and 3 days from home/remote each week) that can be based in any of these corporate Hub office locations: Ann Arbor, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Dallas/Carrollton (due to Covid-19 considerations, this role currently has an option to work fully remote and will adjust back to hybrid as limitations and/or restrictions are lifted).
