As a Senior Marketer, Campaign Management in Corporates Marketing, you will help the team test, activate and optimize digital-first marketing programming to fuel continued growth in Thomson Reuters. The Campaign Management team owns a wide range of essential activities necessary to execute on acquisition, retention, cross-sell, upsell, and pipeline acceleration programs, while keeping TR customers front and center.About the RoleIn this opportunity as Senior Market, Campaign Management, you will:Collaborate with campaign planning teams to oversee the building and execution of quarterly campaign plans to meet retention, upsell, cross sell and acquisition targets.Contributes to the campaign strategy on building digital customer journeys and other customer touchpoints with an eye towards delighting customers and creating seamless, frictionless customer experiences.Set strategic initiatives around integrated, digitally-focused channel programs and tactics including paid digital, paid social, nurture, email, and more, supplementing with webcasts and events to deliver on lead and MAS goals.Evaluate and report on campaign and channel/tactical performance, continually optimizing to hit KPIsServe as lead in optimizing programming to ensure we are achieving highest possible ROICreatively problem solve and dig into all areas of demand gen workflow to ensure smooth and timely program executionAct as point of contact for connections within Demand Generation and Content Centers of Excellence, BDR Managers, Campaign Planning, external vendors, and moreAccountability Delivery of effective marketing funnel, from lead to closed saleManage SLAs across Centers of Excellence, Campaign Planning, Content, FinanceMaintain or exceed quality expectationsAbout YouYou're a fit for the role of Senior Market, Campaign Management if you:BA or BS degree required6+ years of experience in marketing and campaign coordinationStrong digital marketing experience and knowledge, especially in B2B and e-commerce spaceStrong campaign management and project management skills; outstanding communicatorAbility to manage multiple campaign plans and stakeholders simultaneouslyStrong analytical/data-gathering background, using tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, etc. to determine performanceStrong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions in the organizationSkilled at learning and leveraging new tools, processes, and systems (e.g. Workfront and Hive9)Good understanding of modern demand generation technologies and systemsPassion for accurate follow-through of program details (while still maintaining team speed)Team player with track record of proactively helping teams achieve objectivesExperience in a matrixed organization or agency experience preferredWhat's in it For You?You will join our inclusive culture of world-class talent, where we are committed to your personal and professional growth through:COVID-19 Response: Currently working remotely and following local COVID-19 bylaws and guidelines with the majority of our offices being remote until January 2022.
