The BioVigil system enables hospitals to improve their hand hygiene compliance by reminding their employees to sanitize their hands each and every time they walk into a patient room. We track each hand sanitization, and send that data into the cloud where it is compiled into analytics for the healthcare managers. Our customers have been able to significantly increase their hand hygiene compliance after deploying BioVigil. Hand hygiene compliance reduces hospital-acquired infections which in turn leads to saved patient lives. We are currently in hyper-growth mode, installing the system in hospitals across the U.S.About the Opportunity BioVigil, headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, is seeking an entrepreneurial minded, self-starter for a Client Service Manager position based in the Ann Arbor area. This is a remote-work position involving travel to client locations, primarily serving clients based around Ann Arbor, yet may include some travel to clients throughout the mid-western region. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized on-site and off-site support to BioVigil clients
  • Provide hands-on training and implementation support to clients implementing the BioVigil system
  • Engage with end users, hospital department managers, and administrators to proactively identify and resolve issues and adapt the system to the specific needs of each client
  • Represent voice of customer to internal stakeholders and developers
  • Maintain frequent contact with clients to promote value, long term sustainability, and effectiveness of the system
  • Build personal rapport with end-users to 'win hearts and minds'
  • Perform limited on-site technical service while at client locations, including some physical tasks climbing ladders and carrying 10lb boxes
  • Present system data to clients; identify and develop reports that will answer client questions regarding hand hygiene and hospital workflowAbout You
    • Ability to travel (up to 60% of time), including some weekends and on short notice when needed
    • Comfortable working directly with care providers in an acute care hospital environment
    • Clinical work experience is not required, but would be considered a bonus
    • Candidate must be a good listener, empathetic, and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills
    • Experience and/or comfort performing in the role of a 'coach' or 'trainer'
    • Confident playing the role of influencer with end-users who may be initially reluctant to adopt the BioVigil program
    • Basic computer skills are required (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint). A capacity for data analysis and/or above average technical aptitude is a bonus
    • Prior experience with clinical implementation, professional training, or curriculum development is a bonus, but not specifically requiredPowered by JazzHRKpFSLgzFb3
