This individual manages a variety of general office activities to include administration and coordination of resident services as well as acts the main communications and systems liaison. In this role you will also manage, develop, and evaluate associates through on-going performance management and timely coaching, counseling, and corrective action as necessary. - -General office related duties are a function of this position and experience in an office environment is a consideration.You have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or hospitality strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisor or manger experience required
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Possess a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher software; Internet software; and Microsoft Outlook E-mail
  • Ability to communicate openly, honestly and responsibly with others
  • Ability to maintain a customer focus treating all customers with respect and integrity
  • Ability to accept responsibility for agreements made and follow through as appropriate
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
  • Clear driving record
  • Comfortable driving large vehicles, -CDL not required
  • Must be able to adhere to safety procedures with vehicles including properly securing wheelchairsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS -include the ability to walk the duration of your shift, lift a minimum of 30 lbs., push/pull up to 30 lbs. of resistance and work weekends and holidays as needed. -You may be exposed to unpleasant odors, contagious diseases and blood borne pathogens. -Balfour is a pet-friendly community; you may be exposed to animal hair and dander - - -Why work for Balfour?
