a VP Commercial Lending Relationship Manager, you will be
supporting the Bank Channel as a member of Bank of Ann Arbor's
Commercial Banking team. UniFi Equipment Finance, Inc. is a
recognized leader in providing equipment financing solutions to
clients throughout the U.S. You will work with Bank of Ann Arbor
lenders and will be responsible for crafting and executing a
marketing plan to achieve a specific target volume objective.
Coordinating relationship management activities with new and/or
existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share. This
position will execute a percentage of sales volume from direct
prospecting, calling on prospects of Bank of Ann Arbor, maintaining
an internal referral network, as well as working from a prospect
list of specific SIC codes. This job also gathers prospect
financial and general business information, provides support and
assistance to credit decision process and communicates with
prospects to close sales. Your Role
- Develops, communicates and implements strategic business
solutions to position UEF as a premier provider of leasing and
- Be the primary transaction driver, shepherding transactions
through the UniFi/ BoAA process, coordinating and supporting
efforts of Sales, Credit and Operations to ensure maximum
efficiency of transaction processing.
- Manages client relationships at all levels in operations,
finance, technology and purchasing functions.
- Articulates the client's key business strategies, initiatives
and associated critical success factors.
- Consults with BoAA / UEF'S internal departments as needed to
support effective negotiations with clients.
- Provides regular reporting on account performance and growth to
both BoAA/ UEF management and customer base.
- Manages, develops, and maintains a business portfolio that
performs within company expectations.
