The incumbent of the position will direct the IT team to carry out support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions. You will also lead the development team, serving as a liaison between business and technical aspects of each stage.JOB DUTIES:Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.1. Maintain organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans.2. Stay current on emerging technology by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.3. Analyze business needs presented by users and recommend technical solutions with completion timeline.4. Responsible for all IT projects; produces and implements project plans and ensure successful deployment. 5. Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented. 6. Oversee the preservation of assets by implementing disaster recovery, backup procedures, information security and control structures.7. Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.8. Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, and anticipating organizational requirements.9. Manage vendor relationships and IT service contracts/accounts, assess needs and make recommendations for changes as needed.10. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards; monitor ticket board, ensure support tickets are resolved in a timely fashion.11. Troubleshoot and resolve user and network issues as needed. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:This position directly supervises the IT teams and is responsible for managing IT vendors.JOB REQUIREMENTS:1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, or equivalent.2. Previous experience managing an IT department required. 3. Expertise with a variety of cloud-based applications, including Yardi and Office 365, is required; experience with Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Azure strongly preferred.4. Proven success in project management and system deployment.5. Real Estate experience preferred, but not required.6. Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to correspond in a professional, businesslike manner. 7. Have demonstrated strengths in active listening, ability to build strong relationships with internal customers. 8. Proven ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively. 9. Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism.10. Perform all job duties with a positive attitude.
