Phenomenal call program - 2-4 weeknight call shifts per schedule (4 weeks) and 1-2 weekends per schedule (4 weeks). What makes our call a little different compared to different organizations is that no call shift is ever longer than 12-hours. Weekend call is either Friday and Saturday night only OR Saturday and Sunday during the day only.
