Employment Type:Full timeShift:12 Hour Night ShiftDescription:Department: Emergency RoomLocation: Trinity Health Oakland, Pontiac, MIMinimum rate of pay: $33.92 (as licensed RN) - PLUS DailyPAYPosition PurposeThe Registered Nurse works in a collaborative environment at Trinity Health to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team supplying evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. Nurses are expected to ease all aspects of the patient visit experience.Shifts Available: Days and Nights available - 12 hour ShiftsStatus available: Full-time, every third weekendRequired Qualifications:Education

• Graduation from a school of nursing that results in the ability of the graduate to sit for the NCLEX exam to become licensed as a Registered Nurse.
• BSN preferred or must agree in writing to obtain BSN within 5 years.Licensure
  • Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • BLS
  • ACLSExperience

        • Under limited supervision, the Registered Nurse handles assessing patients, including developing, evaluating, and changing the care plan. The RN interprets and performs complex patient care procedures specific to their ability.
        • RNs are members of the Care Team and Support Team and have accountability to function as a team to conduct patient outcomes identified in the pathway/plan of care.
        • The Registered Nurse is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for the care given to a group of patients for a designated period.
