What You'll Do:
- Deliver care aligned with the Nurse Practice Act
- Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for residents from admission to discharge
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and an interdisciplinary team to meet residents' needs
- Employ the nursing process to deliver holistic care, helping residents achieve their highest mental and physical potential
What We're Looking For:
- A current LPN license in the state of Ohio
- CPR certification (required)
- Experience in long-term care is a plus
