Physician (Geriatrics) who is eager to make a meaningful impact on
the health of our community! Full Time - 1.0 FTE Monday - Thursday
7am - 7pm, Friday 7am - 5pm, Saturday 8am - 12pm Primary Care -
Geriatrics Comprehensive Care - Provide primary care services to
patients 65 and older. Work-Life Balance - Flexible Monday-Friday
schedule, with some early morning, late evening, and rotating day
Saturday shifts. Supportive Team Environment - Collaborate with
skilled physicians, nurse practitioners, and a dedicated support

Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine,
or Med-Peds Commitment to patient-centered care and building
lasting relationships Interest in working in a community-focused
practice Willingness to work some early mornings, evenings, and
rotating weekends Outpatient primary care experience (preferred)
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care patients 65 and
older. Performing preventative care, wellness visits, and routine
screenings Collaborating with nurse practitioners, specialists, and
care teams to optimize patient outcomes Maintaining accurate and
timely electronic health records documentation Participating in
quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic
operations Staying up to date on evidence-based medical practices
and advancements in primary care Engaging in community outreach and
