Time - 1.0 FTE - Schedule: Shared hours: Monday - Thursday 7am -
7pm, Friday 7am - 5pm, Saturday 8am - 12pm - Located in: Ann Arbor,

Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine,
or Med-Peds - At least 5 years of post-residency clinical
experience - Strong clinical and diagnostic skills - Commitment to
patient-centered care and building lasting relationships - Good
communication and team skills - Interest in working in a
community-focused practice - Willingness to work some early
mornings, evenings, and rotating weekends - Outpatient primary care
experience (preferred) Duties & Responsibilities A typical day may
include: - Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care patients
65 and older. - Managing chronic conditions and developing
personalized treatment plans - Performing preventative care,
wellness visits, and routine screenings - Collaborating with nurse
practitioners, specialists, and care teams to optimize patient
outcomes - Maintaining accurate and timely electronic health
records documentation - Participating in quality improvement
initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations - Staying
up to date on evidence-based medical practices and advancements in
primary care - Engaging in community outreach and health education
