Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A part-time
Occupational Therapist position is available for the current school
year, providing services to K-12 students in a school setting. This
role supports learners ages 526 who have autism, emotional
impairments, or cognitive impairments. The position is
contract-based and located in East Lansing, MI. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment
plans tailored to students' needs Collaborate with educators,
therapists, and families to support student goals across academic
and social environments Monitor and document student progress,
providing regular updates to the educational team Utilize
therapeutic techniques to improve fine motor skills, sensory
processing, and daily living activities Adapt interventions to meet
the diverse needs of students with various disabilities
Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy license Experience
working with students aged 526 with autism, emotional impairments,
or cognitive impairments Familiarity with school-based therapy
practices and educational settings Strong communication and
collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary
teams Ability to maintain accurate, thorough documentation in
compliance with school policies Location: East Lansing, MI, K-12
