Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Lansing, MI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,426 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/24/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Home Health RN in Lansing, Michigan, 48912! Job Title: Home Health RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience required. Experience in adult home health required. Epic experience required. License: Active RN license required. Certifications: BLS certification required. Must-Have: Proficiency in PICC, Port, trach, Pleurx, and patient education. Familiarity with Medicare guidelines related to home care. Ability to complete OASIS documentation is required. Description: Position is for a Home Health RN. Shift will be from 08:00 to 16:30. Every 5th weekend is required. No float or call required during shifts. Caps on daily patient caseload range from 5 to 6 visits per day. Required tasks include home infusion, urinary catheter management, wound care, tracheostomy care, and clinical assessments. Handling of adult and geriatric patients is necessary. Staff will provide interdisciplinary support including physical therapy and social services. Documentation must be completed using the Epic charting system.
