Job Description Job Description PT Home Health Saginaw, MI As a Physical Therapist on our client's Home Health team, you'll deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes. This role involves evaluating functional abilities, developing individualized treatment plans, and helping patients improve independence as well as physical and cognitive functioning. You'll also provide education and guidance to patients and caregivers, oversee appropriate supervision, and document patient progress throughout the course of care. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive support and mentorship to grow in the role. Minimum of one year healthcare experience but open to new graduates Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software PPV position-Rates $60 depending on type of visit
