Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Kalamazoo, MI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,272 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified OR RN in Kalamazoo, Michigan, 49048! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00 - 19:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Active state license required by start date Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Circulating experience in the operating room - Competency in multiple surgical procedures and technology Description: Position available for a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. This is a day shift position requiring three 12-hour shifts. Every other weekend commitment is required. You will need to be available for 4 to 5 overnight call shifts per 6-week schedule. Experience must include 2 years in the operating room setting. First-time travelers are welcome to apply. Familiarity with Cerner charting system is essential. You will be involved in a variety of surgical procedures, including but not limited to general, laparoscopic, and trauma cases. Additional skills related to patient safety and infection control are important. You must possess the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. All candidates must be compliant with COVID-19 and flu vaccination requirements, with medical or religious exemptions being the only exceptions.
