Start Date: ASAP About the Position Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
(NNP / NP) – Level III NICU Ann Arbor, Michigan ? Join a
collaborative, physician-led Level III NICU and make a meaningful
impact caring for high-risk and premature newborns. This permanent
opportunity welcomes both experienced providers and new graduates
in a supportive, team-based environment. Facility Setting
Inpatient, hospital-based Level III NICU Structured, physician-led
care model (no autonomous practice) Multidisciplinary collaboration
with neonatologists and NICU teams Role Highlights Comprehensive
neonatal inpatient care: assessments, rounds, and ongoing
management Close collaboration with neonatologists and ancillary
teams Family education, counseling, and coordinated care planning
Epic EMR documentation Flexible shifts: 24-hour, 10-hour, and
8-hour options Full-time and part-time flexibility Requirements
Qualifications Board Certified / Board Eligible Neonatal Nurse
Practitioner Completion of an accredited NNP program Eligible for
Michigan licensure BLS & NRP required New grads welcome (truly
