Group has 12 total locations and over 500 providers Been located in the area since 1928. 55 Bed Hospital with great work life balance Provider’s Role: Family Medicine Location: Oakland, Maryland (10mins from Deep Creek Lake) Fully Outpatient Assess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the community. Provide Acute, Preventative, and Chronic Disease management. Serve as a role model of professionalism to all members of the interdisciplinary health care team. Collaborates with all other practitioners and clinical support staff to form a high performing team. Documents all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record.
