Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
opportunity is available for an experienced Occupational Therapist
to provide maternity leave coverage in a preschool setting. This
role offers a chance to support young learners in their
developmental milestones throughout the school year. Located in
Ypsilanti, MI, the position runs from ASAP through the End of
School Year (EOSY). The work week is Monday through Friday, with
typical hours from 7:50 am to 3:30 pm, allowing for a consistent
schedule aligned with the academic calendar. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to
preschool-aged students. Develop and implement treatment plans
based on students needs and goals. Collaborate with educators,
families, and support staff to optimize student progress. Document
therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in line with school
requirements. Participate in team meetings and contribute to
exceptional student outcomes. Qualifications and Experience: Valid
Occupational Therapy license to practice in Michigan. Previous
experience providing OT services in a school or early childhood
environment. Strong knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones
and therapy techniques. Ability to work collaboratively within a
multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication and organizational
skills. This contract role is ideal for an Occupational Therapist
