Job Description JOB TITLE: Family / Internal Medicine Physician
Location: Kalamazoo, MI Schedule: Full & Part time available
Sign-on Bonus Offered Responsibilities: Provides a total assessment
of the patient's health status, including systematic health
history, a physical examination, and diagnostic testing Provides
skilled observations and health assessments of patients, including
history, physical examination, and appropriate interventions and
referrals Provides patient care services appropriate to patient
condition and in conjunction with current Joint Commission
standards Diagnoses and treats or appropriately refer to health
problems for the patient population. Orders interpret and evaluate
diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems
and health care needs. Requirements: Board Certified / Eligible in
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine MI license (in hand or in
process) - REQUIRED DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED CSR/CDS
(or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED Should be available to perform
common office-based, outpatient surgical procedures(i.e. ambulatory
surgery, stiches/staples, superficial burn treatment, biopsies,
