As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients recover from injuries and improve their physical function. Role Description This is a full-time OR part-time, on-site Physical Therapist Assistant role located in Sterling Heights and/or Troy, MI. The successful candidate will support licensed physical therapists in carrying out treatment plans for patients. Responsibilities include assisting with therapeutic exercises, providing patient care during rehabilitation sessions, maintaining patient records, and ensuring high standards of quality care in a collaborative environment. Qualifications Strong expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques Commitment to delivering Quality Patient Care with a focus on patient well-being Experience or familiarity with Orthopedics and related patient conditions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a clinical setting An Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Michigan CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
