Description The following position is for employment with: Keystone Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery 36975 Utica Road Suite 106, Clinton Township, MI 48036 Position Purpose : We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and team-oriented individual to join our Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice. The candidate needs to be professional, detail-oriented, excellent people skills, and passionate about patient care. Principal Responsibilities: · Provide chairside assistance during oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures · Prepare patients for treatment and deliver clear pre- and post-operative education · Panoramic and 3D x-rays · Document treatment in practice management software · Assist with surgical extractions, implants, biopsies, sinus lifts, and anesthesia administration and monitoring · Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols · Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure a positive patient experience · Support overall clinical workflow to ensure efficient, high-quality care Qualifications: · Oral surgery, dental assisting experience and/or completion of a dental assisting program preferred · Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task · Strong communication skills, caring and compassionate Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: · 401(k) · On-the-job training · Paid time off · Uniform allowance · Health, Dental and Vision insurance
