West Arbor Office located on the southeast side of Michigan . This

mission-driven environment. Opportunity Details Position Type: Full
Time - 1.0 FTE Schedule: 40 hours within the office hours of Monday
- Thursday 7:00am to 7:00pm, Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday
8:00am to 12:00pm Location: Trinity Health IHA Medical Group,
Primary Care - West Arbor Specialty: Primary Care Team Size: 20
providers Teaching Opportunities: MSU community medical students
and AIM residents Call Requirements: Larger FM call pool with one
weeknight a month from 5pm to 8am the next morning; one weekend day
(Sat or Sun) per quarter from 8am -8am If you are a dedicated

Relevant clinical experience required: 3-5 years of experience in
primary care Physicians must be board certified or board eligible
Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA license
ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained) Duties &
Responsibilities A typical day may include: Providing direct
patient care Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Participating in teaching and mentoring Documenting in Epic EMR
Engaging in quality improvement initiatives Supporting community
health efforts
