Location: Flower Hospital Department: Pharmacy Weekly Hours: 40 Status: Full time Shift: Variable (United States of America) Job Summary: As the Clinical Pharmacist II , you provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services, including drug distribution, IV admixture preparation, medical therapy management, drug information dissemination, and compliance with controlled substance regulations. In this role, you directly supervise pharmacy support personnel. The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. It should not be considered exhaustive. SCHEDULE Every 4th weekend rotation 2 holidays a year Varied shifts REQUIREMENTS Pharm D degree or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with post-2006 experience R egistered P harmacist, licensed in good standing in Michigan and Ohio. Single facility-based pharmacists must retain state licensure per site location. 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience BLS PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS Completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Training Program 3 years of inpatient pharmacy experience ACLS ProMedica is a mission-driven, not-for-profit health care organization headquartered in Toledo, Ohio.
