Now Hiring - Team Leader of Guest Services - Full Time Position

revolutionize the way our community shops for food. Front End Team
Leader is responsible for the exceptional execution of guest
service at the Service Desk and the Cashier Pods. They ensure all
Plum Market service standards are met and guest issues are
resolved. They will train, supervise, oversee, and manage Front End
Team Members and ensure they comply with the operating policies and
procedures of Plum Market. Qualifications: - Ability to model and
provide exceptional guest service. - Must have a love of natural,
organic and specialty food. - Ability to lead by example and set
clear expectations. - Must have a minimum one year in a leadership
position capacity or equivalent. - -Must have basic math skills and
a strong knowledge of cash handling. - -Able to oversee, train, and
operate all aspects of a computerized POS System - -Excellent
written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational
skills. - -Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and E-mail.
- -Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends
and holidays. - -Stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break.
- -Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift
loads, up to 50 lbs. unassisted, push and pull carts weighing up to
100 lbs. unassisted. Responsibilities: - -Model and provide
exceptional guest service. - -Responsible for achieving 90% average
or higher on all Mystery shop scores. - -Will train, mentor and
coach Team Members to succeed. - -Oversee and train all cash
handling, check processing and POS policies. - -Track, coach and
provide discipline for all cash discrepancies. - -Logging, tracking
and providing discipline for all attendance issues. - -Prepare and
administer discussion notes and written notices of discipline. -
-Effectively resolve guest issues. - -Inventory and order front end
supplies. - -Write an effective weekly labor schedule and adhere to
the labor budget. - -Write and administer performance reviews. -
-Effectively communicate with Guests, Team Members and Store
Leadership. - -Ensure Team Member compliance of all relevant Plum
Market policies and standard operating procedures. Benefits of
