HR Generalist
A manufacturing company in Ann Arbor is seeking an HR Generalist
for direct hire.
What you'll be doing as the HR Generalist
--- Recruiting and helping to support the weekend shift
--- Processing time - gathering and inputting hours, investigating
discrepancies, pulling reports to send to processor offsite
--- Assist with coaching, leadership, employee investigations, and
employee engagement/activities
What we look for in a HR Generalist
--- 2+ years of HR Generalist experience
--- 6 months of recruiting experience
--- Ability to troubleshoot questions and problem solve
--- Bachelor's degree
Additional information for the HR Generalist
--- $55,000 - $65,000 annually
--- Monday-Sunday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
o 40 hours a week; set your own consistent schedule
o Weekend availability needed
