This team design builds and operates high-performance server and analytical applications and systems for its products for DDOS and Threat Intelligence software. The ideal applicant for this role will also work closely with engineering management, product architects, the office of the CTO, and our threat intelligence team to design, build, and troubleshoot features. Frequent, clear, excellent communication will be essential in this role as course and direction may change quickly in response to the success of each product. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS --- strong background in C and Python (3 years of experience with C, Python 2 and 3) --- Deep knowledge of IP networking and experience decoding and analyzing details of messaging protocols like DNS, SIP, etc. --- Understanding of system hardware (L2/L3, NICs, NUMA, etc.) --- Expert knowledge of the Linux/UNIX operating system --- Excellent verbal and written communication skills --- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse and dynamic team --- BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS --- Experience building high-speed networking devices such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, intrusion prevention systems, or deep packet inspection (DPI) systems --- Familiarity with Jenkins, git, GitLab CI/CD --- Knowledge of orchestration systems like Ansible --- Experience working in an agile team --- Experience designing and administering databases --- Significant knowledge of TLS and PKI Annual Bonus 10% bonus Company Description Strong growth potential The company sells cybersecurity software products to Public, Private, Government Agencies the Fortune 1000 companies Worldwide.
