• Delivers code on time independently meeting the Definition of Done
• Good understanding of platform and deployment model
• Depth in two or more technologies or platforms
• Depth knowledge of primary language
• Mentors more junior developers in pair-programming sessions
• Provides design guidance within established architecture
• Demonstrates proficiency in advanced debugging and troubleshooting tools and techniques
• Understanding of secure coding, common vulnerabilities, and secure architectural practicesExperience and Skills:
  • 4+ years experience developing Java code
  • 4+ years of experience in object-oriented design development
  • 4+ years of experience developing spring frameworkDesired Experience and Skills:
    • Experience on middleware packages like: Web Logic, WebSphere and / or JBoss
    • Experience in either Rest or Soap API development
    • Experience with other Frameworks like: Spring Boot, MVC, or Hibernate
    • Experience working with either: AWS, GCP or Azure cloud
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
