Title: Field Service Engineer
Location: Ann Arbor Michigan - Report from home.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
Compensation: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour + 10% OT (doorstep to doorstep) + Vehicle Allowance
Benefits: Full Comprehensive Benefits Package
Travel: 75% travel - primarily regionally. Must be open to overnight travel. Home every weekend.

Position Description: As a Field Service Representative and a key member of the Central Region service team, you provide on-site service including preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and training across all product lines primarily in MI and OH. You will report to the Central Region Service Manager in Ashland, VA. Your location is ideally near Ann Arbor, MI but other major cities in the territory are possible.
--- Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of instruments at customer sites within the assigned region.
--- Managing inventory, trip planning, and administrative tasks related to service functions.

Requirements:
--- 3+ years' experience in troubleshooting and maintaining complex analytical instruments.
--- Ability to work independently and with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
--- Ability to work with electronic schematics, test equipment, and repair tools.
--- Completed military training in Electronics, BMET, or similar experience.
--- Associate or 4-year degree a plus but not required.
