products that enhance our customers' lives. Position Summary: We
are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shop Team Member to
join our production team. This role involves assisting in the
manufacturing and assembly of custom cabinetry and organizational
systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craftsmanship
and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Key
Responsibilities: Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools
safely and efficiently. Assemble custom cabinetry and
organizational systems according to specifications. Understand
company product lines, machinery, assembly standards and
installation. Measure, cut, and prepare materials accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow quality
control procedures to ensure products meet company standards.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols. Qualifications: High
school diploma or equivalent. Experience in woodworking or cabinet
making is preferred but not required. Familiarity with woodworking
equipment and hand tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and
commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of
a team. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in
a fast-paced environment. Reliable and punctual with a strong work
