Terumo Cardiovascular is seeking an attorney to provide legal
support to its medical business with respect to a variety of
commercial, compliance and corporate matters. This position reports
to the General Counsel and is responsible for reviewing, drafting,
and negotiating various agreements and other documents, providing
legal analysis and counsel to internal clients as well as legal and
compliance colleagues, and anticipating and guarding against legal
risks facing the company.
Review, prepare, negotiate, interpret, and draft agreements on a
variety of business matters, including but not limited to
consulting, sales, patent and know-how licenses, research and
development agreements, material transfer agreements and
