Looking for a self-motivated and visionary individual who can
develop and manage the business and marketing activities for the
test and measurement products for the Lightwave Business Unit, and
establish, enhance and distinguish product placement within the
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage existing business/customers and Drive new business
opportunities for potential revenue growth for the business
Develop business plans and product positioning in the
Provide customer use-case examples to Engineering and act as the
primary liaison customer feedback and requirements and R&D.
Handle issues associated with ordering of product, systems and
tools, and manufacturing supply
Identify opportunities, drive the design win process and manage
customer business for the Telecom, datacom and Aerospace and
Establish pricing strategies and be accountable for the Product
Manage assigned domestic and international accounts by providing
directly or through the sales channel, new product information and
roadmap material, sampling support, customer-specific
specifications, expediting, and factory and quality support
Work with product development engineering, applications
engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or
enhance existing product(s) or product line(s)
Note : this is a non-exhaustive list of duties and

BSEE, MBA or equivalent business management qualifications.
10 or more years of experience as a product manager (or
equivalent) in the semiconductor industry, with 5 years or more of
this experience in managing Optical Components or Modules.
A high level of understanding of Test and Measurement equipment
used in the Optical Communications networks and systems, from the
system design configurations, module MSAs, to the various
components which make up the system.
Ability to prepare professional marketing material for customer
and internal communications conditions.
Ability to Lead and Manage a team.
Minimum 30% travel (Domestic and International).
