seeking a Senior Vice President of Engineering to lead change
management and other growth initiatives. The qualified candidate
will have the opportunity to help steer the development of
corporate growth strategies, define and implement best practices,
and foster growth opportunities in the engineering/science

The Senior Vice President of Engineering (SVPE) will proactively
lead, manage, and mentor a diverse and geographically dispersed
group of engineers, touch laborers, and office administrators into
a cohesive group which is culturally aligned and mission-focused
towards a world-class organization that discovers novel solutions
to global problems leveraging emerging technologies and applying
them with speed, trust, and expertise.
Functional responsibilities of the SVPE include but are not
limited to: Leadership and change management of engineering and
operational team , including office management of numerous
locations and technical function areas.
Direct oversight, management, and leadership of numerous Vice
Presidents and Directors within numerous technical areas of
Team building of geographically, temporally, and culturally
Work closely with senior management to establish high trajectory
growth, support, and leadership mechanisms.
Assist COO in strategic growth objectives and corporate
culture-building efforts .
Requirements Must have at least a Master of Science (MS) in
Engineering with at least one of the following areas of expertise:
Mechanical, Systems, Aerospace, Electrical, Computer, Physics,
and/or Marine Design.
Must have at least 10 years’ experience in a
leadership/management position; having managed or led teams and
groups of people.
Must be able to travel to various locations, including Hawaii,
with a travel rate of 25%.
Desired qualifications: Ph.D. in one of the following areas of
expertise: Mechanical, Systems, Aerospace, Electrical, Computer,
Physics, and/or Marine Design
At least 15 years’ experience in a leadership/management
