chemical recyclingPosition SummaryThis position is responsible for
greeting visitors, answering the main phone line, and providing
support for the Specific duties include answering phones, greeting
visitors, mail services/mass mailings, supply ordering/stocking,
directories,--events and lunches, safety materials - etc., entering
Purchase Requisitions into SAP/Ariba and receiving, and any other
administrative functions as required. Additionally, responsible for
maintaining supplies and general cleanliness of coffee stations and
kitchen area. Coordinates and prioritizes work with staff
accordingly.Key Responsibilities:* Customer service, including
answer phones, greeting visitors, and contractors to sign into FMS
along with following Covid 19 protocol.* Sorts and distributes
incoming mail accordingly and prepares outgoing mail, and shipments
through FEDEX account.* Orders and maintains stocks/supplies for
mail room, office, janitorial, maintenance, cafeteria, AED
equipment and PPE.* Coordinates group lunches as necessary
purchasing through P-Card. * Entering information provided into
SAP/Ariba and receiving for building related purchasing items.*
Maintains coffee areas and kitchen with supplies and provides
general clean up as needed. Cleaning refrigerators monthly.*
Maintains in Lotus Notes - Vacation DB for Global and Specialty
Containers.* Receive information from HR to add New
Hires/Transfers/Terminations to Ann Arbor directories and create
name plates.* Attend monthly Safety Committee meetings along with
maintaining all Safety documents for Ann Arbor facilities. Includes
responsibility for Emergency situations and coordinating First
Responders and Zone Coordinators.* Write up work orders in FMS for
necessary maintenance to facilities. Contact Maintenance in
Manchester in case of emergency.* Collect and deposit checks.*
Maintain alarm system.* Maintain all office Keys for 935 facility.*
Receive and return all DEX Toner supplies.* Maintain list of
printers for Ann Arbor locations.Skill Requirements* Excellent
communications skills and customer service care a must.*
Demonstrated professional work characteristics, high initiative,
dependability, and credibility.* Must be well organized, possess
administrative skills, and be able to interface with all levels of
management.* Excellent skills in Lotus Notes, Word, PowerPoint,
Excel.* Demonstrated ability to work with--minimal supervision to
organize and assist multi-executive office.Education Required* One
year post high school education. Certificate in Business
Administration or Customer Service preferred.Experience Required*
Two to three years in an office setting or an environment requiring
contact with customers and able to interact professionally with
executives or senior level managers. Must be computer knowledgeable
with working experience in Microsoft Office.Amcor is a thriving
