Job Description:
An insurance marketplace is searching for a person to fill their
position for a Remote Membership Operations Representative. Must be
able to: Shape the company's roadmap for new member support
services Own end-to-end research and implementation of new support
areas Review and improve outbound calls performed by our Navigator
team Skills and Requirements Include: Excitement about innovating
in the Medicare market with operational excellence Strong writing,
communication and project management skills Proficiency with data
analytics Ability to crisply articulate problems and creatively
solve them Prior experience working with Salesforce and
email-marketing tools a plus Service-minded orientation with
empathy for our many different users
