What You'll Do

The Field Marketing lead will be responsible for leading all marketing strategy for Cisco Webex across the Americas specific for the Service Provider business. This person should have strong organizational skills and an understanding of digital marketing, online strategy, marketing operations, demand generation and SaaS growth.

Key responsibilities include strategizing, planning and executing all marketing campaigns for Cisco Webex specific to Service Providers, ranging from online demand generation, funnel optimization, audience-based marketing and tracking KPI's to drive increased market adoption and meet revenue goals. Develop strategy and manage team focused on demand and growth; includes digital, social media and community, content, online campaigns (acquisition, expansion, retention, renewals) and sales funnel optimization. Other things to consider - overall online customer journey tie in with website, email strategy, paid media and ABM.

You will own working closely with marketing operations to report on the account and lead engagement, marketing pipeline creation, and lead volume and conversion.

  • Manage the execution for all outbound marketing activities including but not limited to content syndication, email, meeting makers, paid media, webinars, events, tradeshows, social, SEO
  • Campaign management across activities, budgets, and vendors
  • Collaborate with cross-teams to ensure we're driving accurate data into our CRM and provide feedback to continue refining lead scoring and attribution models
  • Partner closely with campaign strategy, content development, sales, and product marketing to create a comprehensive and disciplined approach across all our GTM motions for Service Providers
  • Ensure all leads are touched, appropriately followed-up on, and support refining outbound sequences
  • Create pipeline creation target, pipeline influenced targets, and budget optimization model for Service Providers
  • Drive activation and demand capture from top-of-funnel awareness campaigns led by our global brand management team

Who You'll Work With

Your daily operational partners will be sales, marketing operations, campaigns strategy, content strategy, corporate events, and digital marketing. You will drive regular interlock with sales, and cross-functional marketing partners to drive activation at all stages of the funnel.

Who You Are

Our minimum requirements for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent digital marketing experience
  • 5+ years of digital marketing
  • Strong experience working with Enterprise Sales
  • Strong experience in collaboration with teams in driving regional execution
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in presenting to cross functional teams
  • A highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
  • Strong project management skills with ability to execute marketing programs from planning, conceptualization, execution and measurement
  • Experience building successful online demand and growth plans
  • Experience driving SaaS marketing
  • Experience in digital marketing
