The Security Business Group Customer Success team is looking for
a Reporting and Dashboarding Specialist to help customer success
leaders drive their business units forward based on data driven
decisions. As a Reporting and Dashboarding specialist you will
define, scope, launch, iterate and maintain meaningful dashboards
as well as help with both ad hoc and ongoing reporting needs.
What you will do:
Build, launch, enhance, and/or maintain dashboards that will
serve as sources of truth for a diverse set of business
Provide needed insights into operational health and employee
experience by crafting ad hoc and recurring reporting sourced from
Contribute to key business decisions by performing ad hoc
- Partner with various members of the CS leadership team to help
them better understand their business.

Skills you have:
Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau
Data analysis and reporting skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills
Experience clearly communicating data analysis findings and
Stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:
Intermediate understanding of statistics
