SurgiTel products allow health care professionals to practice medicine without the neck and back pain that has become commonplace in the healthcare industry. Job Summary The Order Entry Specialist - Medical Field Associate is responsible for entering sales staff field orders into our production software and creating specific job requests. The Order Entry Specialist also processes and invoices customer new orders and repairs when they are completed and ready to ship. Responsibilities and Duties Specific tasks / responsibilities of Order Entry Specialist include: Review orders from sales reps prior to order entry. Approve orders in custom order processing application. Enter orders into SalesPad software system. Print out necessary documents for building orders. Maintain order records and files. Other clerical work as needed. Qualifications and Skills Individuals considered for this role will have a keen eye for detail and very strong computer / typing skills (at least 50 wpm typing). A High school diploma or equivalent is required and prior data/order entry experience is preferred. Salary range tied to experience level.
